Pallet Racking Systems

Adjustable pallet racking is widely specified in virtually every industry and easily adapts to the vast and complex range of products needing to be stored.

  • Wide Aisle Pallet Racking
  • Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking
  • Very Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking
  • Drive In Pallet Racking
  • Push Back Pallet Racking
  • Pallet Live Storage
  • Mobile Pallet Racking

This can be easily adapted to your customers’ individual storage requirements. From standard wide aisle, through narrow aisle and high bay options to multi-level racking, mobile racking and dynamic pallet storage options, we can provide the ideal solution.

Pallet Rack Design

There are a number of factors we need to take into account when designing your Pallet Racking. We need information relating to the loads themselves:

  • Maximum Pallet Weight

The weight of the pallet and the product you will be loading onto each pallet

  • Pallet Size

Width x Depth

  • Face Width

The dimension of the pallet that faces outwards

  • Type of Load

For example, free standing, boxed, or Dumpy Bags / Bulk Storage Bags.

The latter type is particularly important when considering the potential overhang between pallets, which is often forgotten when designing the racking

But we also need to consider your current facilities and how you want to manage the stored products, for example:

  • Maximum Number of Pallets

The maximum number of pallets you need to store at any one time.

  • What kind of access you need to the pallets

For example do you need a first-in–first-out (FIFO) solution

  • What is the available floor plan

Which along with everything else can play apart in the type of racking we suggest

  • What height restrictions are there in the proposed storage area

So we know how high we can go

  • Current Plant

What is the max lift height of your current handling equipment, e.g. forklift.

Pallet Rack Safety

We offer a range of products to protect both your racks, the products they store and your personnel:

  • Barriers
  • Guide Rails
  • Column Guards
  • Anti Collapse Meshing
  • Load Charts

Pallet Rack Inspections

We also carry out palletrack inspections to confirm the maximum capacities of your equipment (and provide load charts as above) as well as highlighting any issues with regards to the installation of your racking and any missing or damaged components.
